What if I dont have a phone?
You can use our web-phone/soft phone to make calls.
What is VOIP?
The VoIP (Voice Over IP) protocol allows you to make and receive phone calls through your broadband Internet connection using a standard touch-tone phone. You make a call using VoIP by dialing a number on your phone, as you always have. All VoIP calls are carried over the Internet until each call needs to be directed to a regular phone line. This allows you to save money on local, long distance, and international calls. VoIP provides the same quality as a traditional phone service, and you get more features for less money. What types of telephones work with your service?
Virtually any touch-tone telephone can be used with the icallsimple service. Corded and cordless telephones both work well. Chances are your current phones will work perfectly.
Is Icallsimple service Apple Macintosh compatible?
Yes. Your icallsimple service and web account is accessible via any modern web browser, and from any Internet connection, world-wide. PC or Mac, Windows or OSX, it’s your choice.
If I buy a calling card, can I use it with my voip adapter like Linksys PAP2 or Sipura?
Yes you may! We have recently released VoIP Service for our customers. See your control panel for details.
How to I verify my number so that I don't have to dial my pin # everytime?
Please enter your number in Pinless Dialing Setup in your control panel.
What are local access numbers?
You need to log in to your control panel for the list of the local and toll free access numbers we have.
I have an at&t mobile. how can i use your system???
You can dial one of our access numbers and use our system with no hassle.
How do I change email address associated with my account?
This operation can only be done by the administrators. So drop us a support ticket and explain why you want to do this. We will take care of it for you.
Do you have automatic recharging?
We do NOT. We do NOT keep credit card information. icallsimple is strictly operating on prepaid billing. For account issues, e-mail us at customer.service@icallsimple.com
When adding a new number to my SpeedDial list, in what format should I enter the numbers? Should they include 00 as International Dialing Digits, or + sign instead, or nothing??
When adding new speed dials, they should be in international dialing format. For example 00 + country code + telephone number.
How do I become an Affiliate ?
Please go to http://aff.icallsimple.com and fill out an application.
Toll free access number not working?
Toll free access numbers are working fine. We do not accept calls from payphones or phones that do not send caller id information for anti-fraud purposes.
How do access my account control panel?
Just login with your username and password on the left side panel. Click on ‘forgot password’ link to recover your username and password or user Live Support button to talk to one of our customer respresantatives.
What number will show up when I place calls?
Default caller id sent by our system is +1877 235 8647 which is our toll-free access number, but we cannot guarantee this will always happen since caller id feature relies on the carrier called.
