The icallsimple service is very easy to use. Once you have signed up for the service you will be sent a confirmation email with all your details on how to access the service, and to make a call, all you need to do is:

• Dial the icallsimple USA Access Number (found online in your account)
• When prompted, enter your PIN Number
• Then simply dial your international number
• You can also use our pinless dialing.

How to apply….
To apply for the service all you need to do is follow the following steps:

1. Click on “Sign up”
2. Next, select an amount ($5, $10, $20, $50) you’d like to start with on your account
3. Enter your credit card billing address along with email address.
4. You will receive your login and password to log-on to your “My Account” center to check your call history, billing history or recharge your account.
5. Begin making calls with a mobile or landline, or calls via your PC!

Once you signup we make it easy and secure for you to make return purchases with our “Add Funds” option. Calling credit never *expires; so you can purchase credit today, and buy more credit whenever you need. This gives flexibility for light users who call seldom. There are no contract or monthly fees and your calling credit lasts forever*.

Note: If an account hasn’t been used for months or years we may contact you via email about your account. If it is found you no longer want or need the icallsimple services your account can be deleted and your credit will be lost. We will do every attempt to contact you before any actions are taken.

- Making international calls

1. Locate the country code of the country you are calling.

2. Dial one of the local icallsimple access number’s which can be found online in your control panel.

3. Dial the pin number when prompted

5. Dial 00+country code+ the number you are calling.

For example, if you’re calling Brazil dial, the access number follow the automated instructions then dial 00+55+area code+number (55 is Brazil’s country code).

- Online Calling with “Soft Phone”

In a continued effort to facilitate communication around the world, icallsimple has implemented its “Sip Capabilities” You can use soft-phones like X-lite, SjLabs and/or ATAs such as Linksys SPA series to make calls like you would with a regular telephone.

Note: You must have a microphone and speakers hooked up to your computer to use the soft phone. Quality of the call depends on your computers equipment.

To signup is simple, fast and secure. In about one minute you can signed up and begin calling wherever you want. Once you have found the calling card, which is best for your needs, you can signup. Then you will receive an email with you receipt for payment, control panel login information, your personal identification number and pass word.
