Now, there is true pinless dialing. You just have to define the numbers that is eligible to access your account. We are also introducing a new feature called “Speed Dials” where you can define up to 9 numbers as your speed dial numbers so you don’t have to dial the number from start if you miss dial. The biggest change comes with VoIP service. Many of our customers asked for this and we had it, but we couldn’t release it until it was 100% ready for public. Now you can use your own icallsimple account to place VoIP calls using an ATA or softphone. Soon we will be offering Incoming Numbers from various countries. Want to bypass Access numbers, Account Numbers and Pass Words? See how with our Pinless Dialing feature!

Now you can save your icallsimple "Card Information" to your Mobile phone. This way you won’t have to dial the Access number, Card Number and Pass Word ever *again. Once you have saved your contact information to your mobile phone you can access your account through your mobile phone, then call anywhere in the world!

How to setup your Mobile Phone with Pinless Dialing:

Disclaimer: Saving account access information only works with Mobile phones. This feature might not work on all mobile phones.

On some phones you will see a “,” comma appear instead of a “P”.
You need to push the following into your phone and SAVE as a contact named icallsimple. It will look something like this. (333333333PP3333PP3333PP1 then save to your phone as icallsimple.)

1. Push one of our Access numbers ie. 3333333333 then hold “*”. You will see a “P” appear. Then you hold “*” again for another “P”. (3333333333PP)
2. Push your Card Number 3333 then hold “*”. You will see a “P” appear. Then you hold “*” again for another “P”. (3333PP)
3. Push your Pass Word 3333 then hold “*”. You will see a “P” appear. Then you hold “*” again for another “P”. The dial 1 at the end. (3333PP1)
4. Save as contact icallsimple in your mobile phone.
It will look like this: 3333333333PP3333PP3333PP1 then save to your phone as icallsimple.
5. Call icallsimple, and your details are automatically remembered and entered for you!

(We use the number "3" as an example, that is not the actual access number, Card Number or Telephone Password. You need to login to your account to get our actual access numbers, Card Number and Telephone Password.)
