Along with a robust control panel you will see new tabs and features at the top of your account. Three key features are Update your account information, Online Call and Invoices. Each of these new tools facilitates your communication with friends, family and icallsimple.

Update your account information:

This feature enables you to change and update your contact information. We strongly encourage you to first update your information so that we can stay in contact with you if need be.

Online Call:

Calling from your PC or laptop makes it easy to work at your desk while making international calls. With icallsimple’s new “Softphone” you can now make calls via your PC or laptop to Mobile and Landlines around the world. This option is perfect for those desk junkies who work with colleagues all over the globe. It also enables people from around the globe to use icallsimple’s LOW rates and NO fees to call from outside the United States. Online Call is perfect wherever you’re at in the world.

(Softphone is a device or application that looks like a telephone dialing pad. icallsimple’s “Softphone” is located in your control panel.)

Invoices:

At icallsimple we understand the need to review your past transaction in a quick and orderly fashion. With our new “Invoices” feature you are able to quickly view your past statements. You will not be able to see past invoices before August 1, 2009.
